Roof Terrace
Only recently did I notice the roof terrace atop this building at the northwest corner of Florida and Georgia Avenues NW. It would make an excellent spot for restaurant seating.

LeDroit Park, when it was established in 1873, was one of the first suburbs of Washington.

With the slow progress of restaurants in this area, that will be years out. But I agree, that is an awesome spot!
Isnt this the intersection where the old Bladensburg road end, en route to Georgetown?
There’s an alcohol license application notice in the window a few storefronts West on Florida (in the old urologist’s office). It said they were intending to have a large summer garden. Not sure if that building has a roof deck or yard behind but fingers crossed!
