A recent article from the Washington Business Journal gives hope that new developmentis coming our way.  It looks like the project formerly known as &quot;broadcast one center&quot; really will be moving forward with the United Negro College Fund buying half of the office space. Lets make sure the full council does the right thing in April, and approves the UNCF subsidy package!</description>
