		<description>I personally think the concept looks great.  I can understand peoples concern about suddenly having high occupancy rates on a small plot of land, but at the same time, this house is probably a few years from crumbling down to the foundation.  There are a number of ugly apartment and HU buildings in the immediate area that are pretty awful looking.  I think this concept would enhance the neighborhood.  It is a shame it will not longer be a single family mansion like it once was, but in all honestly, I don&#039;t think it will ever be a single family mansion again.  What single investor in their right mind would do that.  Integrity this property into an attractive concept like the one above...I would fully support.  Just as long as the construction isn&#039;t &quot;Lowe&#039;s Special&quot; construction, i.e. cheap materials...</description>
