If you leave every field blank and select "LeDroit Park" as the neighborhood, you can view a list of all the property (and property owners) in the neighborhood. As a side note, I bought my house this year <em>from</em> Howard University, which no longer had a need for the place. At this time, I don’t have a list, but the DC property database is searchable. This would make a big difference in the reccommendations people give in the survey if they had an idea of what buildings and/or land were in question.
